What to do for a sore neck?

At some point in a person’s life they will experience a sore neck. Sometimes it restricts you from looking over your shoulder in the car. Maybe it causes you pain when you sit and read.

These minor pains are often neglected because we assume “It’ll get better tomorrow” or “It’s not really that bad!” However, these issues can turn from a nagging pain to severe tightness. It is important to be preventive when it concerns your body, especially your neck. As these minor strains progress they can begin to cause headaches/migraines or refer pain into the shoulders or upper back. This is your body telling you that it’s time to do something about it before it gets to late. So empower yourself and do this simple stretch to keep your neck healthy and happy!

if so decrease the range of the movement.
